Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags/packaging).
• Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.Exchanges
• We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (if available).
• Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and product condition requirements as returns.

Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at hey.happythreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (if applicable) or return instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the carrier listed. Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
